to change the comments thingy it's blogger dashboard->layout-> click 'edit' in the 'blog post' section & there you can change it to say whatever you want like "5 people had thoughts" or whatever
you can change the "posted by soph thingy' in the same section
as for a layout i still need help on that! lol
