I know some of you who know me probably are either shaking your head or just think I'm crazy but I got a little belly although it is not that big buuuuutttttttt I want that six-pack! I don't want to do another photo shoot and someone tells me "Whoo girl! you got a little belly there! suck it in!". Well I'm tired of sucking it in! So I'm making moves.. Me and my girl Celeste are on it.. starting to eat healthy, hitting the gym and I'm doing my exercises at home.
P.S. I AM NOT TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT! I JUST WANT TO TONE MY BODY AND EAT HEALTHY!
So I did my research about what you should watch out for such as bad food (because I would cheat and say that chicken nuggets from Burger King is somewhat healthy lol). Let's look at top 20 WORST foods in America (from Men's Health Magazine)
20.Chicken Selects Premium Breast Strips from McDonald's (5 pieces) with creamy ranch sauce
It has 830 calories, 55g fat (4.5g trans fat), 48g carbs and adding french fries and soda will total to 1,710 calories. Hmmm.
19.Jamba Juice Chocolate Moo'd Power Smoothie (30 fl oz)
It has 900 calories, 10 g fat, 183 g carbs (166 g sugar).
18.The Supermarket Meal Pepperidge Farm Roasted Chicken Pot Pie (whole pie)

SJU fashion show
So I was suppose to post this loooooooong time ago but I totally forgot =/. But anyway I attended SJU (St.Johns University) fashion show on April 24Th with my lovely LAGCC crew we had an awesome time!
Just a brief review:
I liked the show. There's was definitely a lot of fashion which I enjoyed. Beautiful models although the guys were ehhh (to me I am not speaking for anybody else). The girls worked the runway! There was a duo who killed it every time they came out but one of them her make-up was ummm shall I say a little scary. One thing I didn't like was majority of the girls were posing the same way I don't know if that's how it was suppose to be but I didn't like it.
Oh and Mychael Knight was the host! =)
Didn't know what was going on with him but from what he told me (during our little chitchat before the pic) he couldn't read what was on the paper so it kinda made him sound retarded or like he didn't know how to read. But I STILL LOVE YOU MYCHAEL!

Hiiiiii!! (big smile) I know I know haven't written in a while but you know the finals are coming up and have to make up some missing works, working on a big project for my internship (intern at a newspaper "Our Time Press" in Brooklyn) and this FASHION SHOW! LaGuardia's Annual Black Expo of course. It's just so many things!
But I promised to keep you updated on my fashion show and we have a new date, new rules, new ideas and I am super duper excited for this day to come already! Want to see the flyer?

Cinco de Mayo
I was just doing an assigment for a class, writing a poem using Jack
Spicer method and style. Took me a while but I got it and so I got a
little inspired. I used to write poems but I can't remember exactly why
but I stopped. This one is about an anynomous guy I used to like, well
there's still confusion about whether I still do but that's another
story. I don't know if I really miss him or its just the loneliness that
kicked in ... So I wrote these words

Who is he? He's an Italian fashion designer and his most famous clients are Victoria Beckham and Mischa Barton. And I spotted Ashley Olsen wearing his white and pink platform heels
How hot are they?
Then my Rihanna wore these black and neon green
Then Victoria wore these black and snake ones
His shoes are like 5/6 inches I would love to wear them imagine I would be like 5'6/ 5'7 if I had a pair. They're about $900.. (sigh) I love him anyway!
