Rihanna has become the new "It Girl" , rocking new hot fashion trends and also reportedly dating the R&B superstar Chris Brown (tears tears). Last saturday at the NRJ Awards in France she rocked the red carpet with a new haircut and a stunning grey dress. I love her confidence and how she loves to change things up.
