Amerie is Backkkkkk !

Amerie has been M.I.A since 2006. She has tried to come back with a new album and it failed. I so hope that this album actually comes out cause I've been waiting for a new Amerie album ! She's with a new label and I can't wait to hear her new stuff.
Her new single "Heard em all" is super hot and I love this video! Makes me want to dance. Hope you enjoy it :)

Fashion Week Spring '10 . part deux

Well yesterday was the last day of Fashion Week Spring '10 , so let's look at more lines shall we.

Gave me everything I love, from destructed jeans to nice flirty dress and also a couple of LBDs (little black dresses)

Thought it was a feminine meets masculine but still sexy and classy

And this is where my love and hate for Fashion Week comes in, there are soo many other lines that are so beautiful and it's so hard to pick from them which ones are your favorites. You just want to love them all. Example also one of my many favorite designers Jill Stuart, in my opinion her line is absolutely amazing, every year I absolutely love it. I would probably own majority of her pieces. Check out her line here . Then you have Tracy Reese, Carolina Herrera, Zac Posen, Thakoon, Y-3, Herve Leger, Rebecca Taylor and many many more.

I just realized that I have this love/hate thing with Fashion week. Love it cause of course I love fashion but I hate it cause it's so hard to pick a favorite line. There's just so many lines that I am LOVING so far.

*Cue Fabolous - Feel like I'm back*



HI GUYSSSSSSS !
I've slacking all summer right? I wasn't really inspired and had to think about this commitment that I started and what exactly my goals were starting this blog. Just felt like every blog looked the same, everyone was talking about the same thing and I like to be different. That's my goal this year, to be different. Thanks for following my journey.



Anyway how was your summer?

Mine wasn't that bad.. so could've been better tho. I had to go back to my Facebook page to check out what I actually did all summer to tell you guys. And it was filled with BBQ's [a whole lot of them], couple parties here and there, few free concerts and Power105's concert too at BBKings, my brother got baptized and a beautiful wedding. And I don't know why for some reason I seemed to always forget my camera home so I didn't take that much pictures this summer but I'll share some of the few that I have. Some highlights

I loved my dress!

Now remember my friend Melissa? She made the purple prom dress and black outfit for my last fashion show. Well she's starting to get really serious about her line and expanding it. I will be posting more stuff about her line soon but I recently did a photo shoot for her and this is one of the pics I took on my phone. Look out for LeMichou clothing line

And the super highlight of my summer was meeting Ryan Leslie

Me and my bff went to a taping for his BET rising icon episode so look out for that also.
